| | A frequent question is,"Why is the cost for leased property less than for commercial property?" We offer this program for those who deal mostly with leased property, realizing that an aerial is a valuable tool to show a potential tennant what a property looks like overall, to see ingress/egress, parking, landscape and overall location to surrounding buildings.
We now offer this program to help suppement the cost for commercial photography in an effort to not raise prices.
The images we create of leased property are priced for use, only on the internet. The cost is for one years use. Should the client desire, they can renew the use of the image for 10.00 less than the original image fee. All sites requested, are flown current. Several images are taken, both close-up and overall. When an image is selected, we provide a 300x200 color corrected, digital image which is perfect to post to a web site.
When a client wants to use more than one digital image, the cost of each additional image is $15.00. When a client wants to use the photo for a flyer, the additional cost is $35.00 + $8.00 for a CD. |
