Any photograph selected can be dressed up with custom graphics, which will help tell a better story about the location of the property being represented.  As you can see above, by placing the mouse over each image, the graphics significantly enhance the visual data. The graphics service includes outline of the property, north arrow, street names, identification of business in the area, Company logo's, Realtor name, or traffic counts.  Currently we have many corporate logos which we use instead of just writing the business name. We also offer picture in picture, which could include a close-up aerial, a map,  ground photo of the property or perhaps a photo of the Realtor. Once the graphics is completed it is placed on a web proofing page for the client review and approval before the final prints are made. The minimum fee for graphics is only $39.00.
