| | Digital photography has made it much easier for contractors to document the ground process of all the construction phases in great detail. Monthly or bi-monthly aerial photo's offer a unique perspective of the entire project which cannot be obtained from ground level photography.
This web page describes the value and benefit to you of adding us to your building team and utilizing our professional photographic services to create visual data. This monthly or bi-monthly photographic service has become an important, required and widely used management tool in the construction building process
As a member of your construction team, we will prvide the visual tools to help you manage the project more efficiently. We are flexible when special photographic needs arise.
By placing Eagle's Eye Photo on your construction team, and utilizing our professional photographic, oblique aerial images and or ground documentation, you will have visual images created which support and become an intergral part of your record keeping process of the project. You gain third party documentation, which is vitally important from a legal stand point, when a dispute does arise. Contractors and Architects, find that the visual documentation at specific intervals of time, become an important, valuable, supporting document of the construction progress, in addition to submission with monthly inspection and draw reports.
In today's litigious society, technology, equipment, and cost of construction loans, where time is money and construction is fast-paced to meet demanding completion deadlines to get a project built and into operation, photographic images are an important part of the documentation process. Many projects are on a fast-track schedule. Plus we cannot exclude the many groups who keep a watchful eye out for something to go wrong as the project progresses.The IMPORTANCE in keeping excellent records of the project activities and progress, which now includes visual data, is an absolute must to protect against any type of claim which can arise before, during or after project completion. Especially in the complexity of a construction project where one process or sub-contractors timely performance is very dependent on another.
A few specific uses include: Stored materials documentation, Delivery date confirmations, Verifications of % completion, and use for Project meetings to verify and/or modify specific situations which arise.
The images we provide, create clear, crisp detail, that accurately document specific intervals in the construction time line. In many instances, over the years of providing this service, we find time and time again, that contractors and architects use these aerials to solve a dispute about the project, which is causing harm to the project time line, and overall profit from the job. One photo can and has saved thousands of dollars on a project.
Our basic, local area, aerial, once-a-month, 5-view, 8.5x11 custom color series begins at $165.00. This is a unit cost of $33.00 which includes flight time. Also included is 1 set of 8.5x11 color glossy prints. Additional duplicates are $9.85 per print required of each view for the owner, architect, engineer, bank, etc. A Digital option is available for our clients that need to post images on the web. The minimum Reproduction License is $100.00. The images each month are posted on our FTP site for download.
Bi-monthly programs are also used regularly, especially in the rarly stages of construction. These flights are generally done on the 1st and the 15th.
For Construction Companies that can give us four progress assignments during a calendar year, we offer a volume rate. Call for details.
Out-of-town assignments are accepted as well. Call for a quote.

All progress photographic work photographed with a professional, 8.2 megapixel, digital camera to provide sharp, clear, crisp images to the client, especially when enlargements are required. Digital images are placed on an FTP site for download. This file size is excellent for making 8.5x11 prints when necessary. Eagle's Eye is not a contractor and is not subject to retainage. All necessary business liability insurance is carried and we provide our own safety equipment on site. Once a proposal is signed and accepted, we will require a Purchase Order # for the job, to attach to the monthly invoice. Aerial photography is classified as a service by the New Mexico State Tax Revenue Dept. Therefore Gross Receipts will be added to each invoice, which are NET 30. The quoted prices do not include shipping, delivery fee's or use fee's of the photographic images which would require the purchase of a Reproduction License or additional prints.
All final photographic work is produced locally in our own digital photo lab. This enables us to control cost, quality, confidentiality and turn around time. No photograph of the project will ever be provided to another source by Eagle's Eye, without authorization from the project manager or Contracting Company during the building process. Each construction project is unique in it's own way, and subject to many variables. We do not have early or late completion penalties. We understand situations change during the course of a project. As a member of your TEAM, we remain flexible to address any change orders.
Our quote's are based on the specifications provided. Should there be any changes as to frequency, quantity of the images requested or the image product and or use, we will need to be issued a written change order, which will effect the total monthly charges for our photographic services.
